Also worked on bug/feature related tickets, and complete QA testing on new features/fixes to prepare changes for the production environment.

Through use of development tools including Webflow and Netlify hosting, both the temporary landing page and the final conference websites are being tuned for release to invite delegates and deliver information about the conference's return.
Was responsible for supporting the Work From Home conditions for employees during the COVID-19 pandemic. Through desktop imaging using SCCM, Active Directory, and SeviceNow, it was ensured that all group policies and licensed software was properly deployed to employee endpoints.

Was responsible for the safety and enjoyment of all campers and staff on sailboats. Ensured that any boat repairs were properly done, and patrolled the lake using a crash boat, assisting and teaching campers and staff best practices for sailing.
